As a mother, I am very keen on everything my family uses.
I got excited when Cusina sent me bottles of their own dishwashing liquids to try.
The three unique variants are something I would definitely love to try. Ginger Yuzu Peel, Grapefruit Lemon Zest and Lemongrass Citrus. Cusina is the first locally produced dishwashing liquid that rids of bacteria naturally and pampers the nose with real fruit and plant extracts that smell like a garden, not a lab. It contains tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils for its innate antimicrobial and antiseptic properties and doesn’t rely on synthetic chemicals like triclosan.
The idea of Cusina started 3 years ago when one of the brand’s founders, a new parent, was looking for a dishwashing soap that is safe and effective for his new family.
But soon realized that most of the local brands being sold smelled of harsh chemical and artificial scents. His hesitation of getting these commercialized dishwashing soaps led him to create the Cusina Natural Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid.
Together, the Tea Tree and Eucalyptus Tree had proven that nature can still offer amazing health benefits. And are just as ruthless against bacteria and diseases as synthetics cleansers do, only safer and at no danger to the environment.
Grapefruit Lemon Zest
Grapefruit is the citrus fruit with a personality. Its tangy and sunny scent brings smiles, as it is both cheerful and exciting. It has cancer-busting antioxidants and has an uplifting aroma that combat fatigue. Fresh pink grapefruit with lemon zest has uplifting bright notes that may not take itself too seriously but sure packs a serious punch against germs and grease.
Ginger Yuzu Peel
The spicy yet soothing ginger is a highly fragrant herb that is popular for its medicinal and culinary value, known to subdue fishy odors. It is also rich in antioxidants that brings relief to stomach distress. Meanwhile, yuzu fruit of North East Asia has long been used for its calming properties. Ginger and yuzu paired together produce a delicate scent that promotes feelings of peace and tranquility.
Lemongrass Citrus
Lemongrass possesses an invigorating scent that is just as robust as its botanical posture. Its key ingredient, citronella oil makes lemongrass such a potent scent. With the zesty fragrance of citrus from lemon, orange, and lime, prove that there is never a dull moment. Wake your senses and refresh the mind with this rejuvenating scent.
My say? Knowing the fact that they are made with natural ingredients. I am very confident that it is safe for my family and most importantly, to my baby. The three unique variants won me over! My most favorite is the Ginger Yuzu Peel which is very relaxing. And makes me want to stay longer in the sink haha. It is easy to work with and effective just like a local dishwashing liquid because of its natural germ-fighting properties.
It has a concentrated formula thus, more dishes to wash. And lastly, it is not drying on the skin and no allergic reaction at all which I love.
