April 2016: Tassel Garland and Piñata Making
Hello dearies! Yes! I'm officially back on track. You have no idea how much I missed doing product/food reviews and attending events. However, I won't be posting regularly since I started my career as a makeup artist as well. Rest assured that I will keep this blog updated as often as possible. :)

Anyway, last April 2, 2016, I was lucky to be invited in a workshop organized by School of Styling PH - the tassel garland and piñata making. For me, it's "a breath of fresh air" and a perfect time for me to relax. I brought my family as well so we can stroll in the mall right after the workshop.

The workshop was held at Glorietta 5 Activity Center. The program started with a lecture about Basic Photography by Ms. Geunice Burgos of LightkeeperStudios, she gave pointers for perfect shots, how to quality check your photos, composition techniques and etc which I find very essential for us bloggers.

Afterwards, Ms. Indy Ycasiano of She Dreams In Ink guided us on how to create our own tassel garland. With the use of crepe paper or "papel de hapon", scissors, strings and scotch tape, here is my finished product beautifully placed against our blank wall. The color reminds of summer. :)

Everyone seems so busy making their own tassel garlands :)

Making tassel garland is just a piece of cake lols. We moved on to the piñata making and it really tested more of our creative side. Good thing, Ms. Indy provided simple designs to start with. I got the small pyramid which looks really cute and adorable after I finally finished covering them with tassels. Whew!

Thank you so much Mommy Bloggers Philippines for the opportunity to be in a fun and relaxing workshop. Thank you School of Styling PH for letting us show our creative side in making these tassel garlands and piñatas. I will definitely add these on my list for my next party planning.

Also big thanks to the following: Lifestyle TV PHWorking Mom MagazineGloriettaAyala MallsWhen In ManilaThe Juice BaristaMonogram Style PhLa PommeThe Little WhiskSaco and Lightkeeper Studios as media and brand partners of this event.

Thank you for the time reading this dearies!
Until next! :)
